Following the downturn in South Florida Real Estate, this prestigious country club faced significant challenges in selling Club memberships due to the lack of real estate sales transactions. With the community sold out, there was no developer in place promoting the lifestyle component for property resales. The Club turned to Cotton & Company to develop a program to showcase the community, its real estate offerings and Club facilities to potential homeowners and Club members.
