C & C Market Research conducts surveys on behalf of our clients to gather information about various aspects of project feasibility, customer service and satisfaction, customer preferences, prospect demographics, and the effectiveness of media. All information is used in an effort to improve the product our clients bring to market, the experience their customers perceive, efficiency of operations or lastly to determine the effectiveness of media reach and frequency. Every survey, unless specifically noted, is strictly confidential and the final tallied results when published or presented never identify sources. C & C Market Research surveys by mail, phone, and online; participation is always optional.

How will my e-mail address be used?

Cotton and Company now publishes a number of e-newsletters and e-flyers. Those receiving communications have either registered for information with Cotton and Company, one of our clients or are registered in a targeted location where the information provided is considered of high value due its timeliness and pertinence. All recipients are invited to become subscribers and further specify areas of interest allowing Cotton and Company to provide you information in your preferred format, at requested times and further narrow your interests to receive only the most targeted and pertinent information. Clients, colleagues and industry insiders will receive the Cotton Top 10 which is a monthly e-newsletter providing hot industry related topics, newsworthy articles and PR. All databases developed or managed by Cotton and Company are proprietary and confidential. Our lists will not be provided to any third party or sold.

How will Cotton and Company use my e-mail address when I register for information at a third party website hosted by Cotton and Company?

Cotton and Company provides web based marketing programs to numerous builders and developers throughout the United States and Caribbean. Persons choosing to register for more information on any 3rd party website owned by a Cotton and Company client but hosted and maintained by Cotton and Company will only receive information specifically requested. Lists developed and maintained are proprietary by client and by project. These lists are all individually maintained for use in marketing and advertising on behalf of only that specific client or project. Some registration forms may allow registrants to opt-into receiving information on future promotions from only that specific business entity. Cotton and Company will never use any information collected on behalf of a client for its own marketing purposes or for the purpose of marketing or promoting another client’s products or services.
