Cotton & Company was tasked with achieving historic pricing levels in a presale environment with a previously untested and unconventional community concept. Cotton & Company developed the branding, website launch, sales gallery environment, and database program during the sneak preview phase. A database communications plan was also created to fulfill the interest generated by a dynamic social marketing program. The hashtag #TaketheWaterwayHome was supported through streaming video content, custom music jingle, and social media promotion to give homeowners a new perspective on this extraordinary waterfront community. The program served as the foundation for recruiting the luxury hospitality brand for the project.
