The project was aimed at a highly discerning buyer—one who shared an appreciation for the rare location, but was open to a low-maintenance, higher-density lifestyle. Compounding the challenge was early uncertainty surrounding county approvals, making presale credibility critical to building buyer trust. Cotton & Company collaborated with the Douglas Elliman sales team to navigate these complexities, developing an interior design vision video supported by a suite of premium marketing assets, including a digital brochure, and luxury collateral package—positioning Forté Luxe as a fleeting opportunity in a rapidly evolving coastal market.
