Marketing Manager

Summary

Cotton & Company is an advertising and marketing agency doing business in Stuart, Florida for the past 30 years. Our client base is primarily within the luxury residential real estate segment. We do it all in house – from initial new business contact to execution of a complete advertising and marketing campaign. And we need YOU to be the project manager who brings it all together and keeps things running smoothly between all aspects of the relationship.

The Marketing Manager will represent the agency and must be professional, experienced and prepared at all times. Candidate must be client focused, extremely detail oriented and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously. An understanding of the residential real estate industry is a huge plus. This person will have the ability to act as liaison between the client and the agency and will posses the ability to follow through a project from start-up to completion without direct supervision. Ability to multi-task, prioritize and work well under pressure is a must. This candidate always meets deadlines and is able to prioritize. They possess the ability to analyze client data and understand client’s market with the ability to anticipate client needs as well as to recommend new campaign initiatives. Must be willing to do what it takes to get the job done.

Job Requirements:

Bachelors Degree in Business, Marketing or Communications or 3+ years of hands-on experience.

  • A strong advertising/marketing background.
  • Self-motivated, multi-tasker with the ability to keep multiple balls in the air at once.
  • Confidence in client management and setting and meeting client expectations.
  • Ability to drive the account forward based on client objectives and agency strategy.
  • Must be able to review creative strategies and execute advertising campaigns in support of the budgeted plan.
  • Be responsible for monitoring and ensuring that all client deliverables exceed expectations and meet client’s strategy.
  • Be able to create and manage comprehensive budgets.
  • Be responsible for meeting deadlines in a fast-paced, real-time media world.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Must build strong working relationships with internal team and vendors.
  • Solid computer skills especially in Microsoft Office Suite. Familiarity with Apple products a plus.
  • Traditional and digital marketing channel knowledge.
  • Analysis-minded with a focus on metrics and media performance.
  • Embrace technology and use it to increase efficiency.
  • Understands that flexibility isn’t important, it’s required.
  • Spreadsheet and budgeting capability.
  • A team player.
