Cotton & Company is a full-service marketing/advertising agency doing business in South Florida for the last 30 years and we are looking to hire. If you are a recent graduate (in last 6 months) and would love to experience the agency business then we would love to talk to you.

Our client base is primarily within the luxury residential real estate segment. We are a full service agency and do it all in-house; creative, media, digital, copywriting, website design and programming plus so much more.

Successful candidate must be highly creative, possess top-notch writing skills, and have a keen eye for detail. Candidates should also take direction well and be able to handle an entrepreneurial environment, while being resourceful and self-directed. The following are key attributes we are looking for:

Entrepreneurial spirit

• Be comfortable working independently and within a team
• Enjoy working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
• Be comfortable with deadlines and tight turnarounds
• Good sense of humor and work ethic

Solid computer skills

• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite

Relevant education

• Marketing, Advertising, Communication, Creative Writing and Journalism majors (preferred)
