At Cotton & Company we focus on creating innovative, adaptive, and data-driven digital marketing strategies for our luxury real estate development clients. Our digital marketing strategies are centered around paid and organic search, social, content, retargeting, performance display, feed management and conversion rate optimization.

Job Description:

  • Executes content strategy, creates campaigns in Ads Manager and interacts with social media channels for 20+ clients.
  • Measures and reports performance of social campaigns.
  • Facilitates daily campaign optimizations in Google Ads that focus on lead generation.
  • Uses Google Analytics proficiently with ability to generate client reports and take cues from the data to implement in your paid campaigns.
  • Uses keyword research tools to improve digital campaigns.
  • Ability to create SEO meta tags, backlink strategies and technical cues to enhance user experience.
  • Works well in a team environment with the ability to jump right in, as well as independently.
  • Ability to follow direction thoroughly through execution
  • Proactive by nature, with no hesitation with follow-up or deadlines.
  • Brainstorms new and creative growth strategies through digital marketing.

Job Qualifications:

  • Well-versed in all areas of social media.
  • Well-versed in SEO, PPC, Paid Social Media.
  • Passion for learning and digital marketing.
  • Organized & detail-oriented.

  • Social Media Content Development & Strategy
  • Facebook Business Manager
  • LinkedIn Ad Targeting
  • Google Analytics
  • Google Ads
  • Knowledge of SEM Rush, HubSpot, Programmatic DSPs is a plus
  • WordPress from SEO POV
  • Microsoft Excel
  • Adobe Creative Suite is a plus
