As an established community of 55 neighborhoods, Cotton & Company worked with the Boca West team to increase lead generation, on-site traffic and sales. With no developer present and sold out inventory, no one was marketing the value of the Boca West lifestyle. Local brokers were only focused on selling homes, the product was aging and the price points were low. Cotton & Company worked to facilitate a new joint venture between the Club and the HOA to create a new Real Estate entity owned by Boca West. Cotton took the lead in establishing the company with Stephann Cotton serving as the Broker of Record. Cotton & Company then worked with Boca West to rebrand the community through a custom published magazine, new photography and new video footage. New digital and social strategies were implemented to reach a targeted audience and drive interest and traffic to a custom landing page.
