This luxury condo hotel was owned and managed by Lehman Brothers and became a victim of the market downturn. Its health and wellness brand position was in conflict with the lifestyle of Miami Beach. Cotton & Company supported the sales efforts of Pordes Residential, driving out-of-the-market lead generation from the northeast and midwest markets. On-site promotions captured visiting guests as real estate sales prospects. Canyon Ranch real estate sold out 18 months prior to the resort filing for Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection.
