Tesoro Club’s reputation as a failed Club has been earned over decades of misguided ownership. With the post-pandemic migration to Florida, the demand for private golf play, and a lack of available inventory, the time was right to bring Tesoro Club back to its former glory. The new ownership team recruited Cotton & Company to take the lead in developing the complex marketing strategy to build anticipation for the Club’s reintroduction, while avoiding negativity. Cotton & Company developed a new website for the overall community, as well as separate marketing strategies for the real estate and membership offerings. Digital media, video content and comprehensive lead generation efforts provided a launching pad for the return of this spectacular community. Cotton & Company also managed the signage program, development of the Welcome Center sales presentation, database plan and lead nurturing. New photography and video captured the beauty of the surroundings and the incredible amenities ready to be rediscovered.
