Luxury real estate sales and marketing firm, Cotton & Company welcomes two new team members: Lanette North and Genna Lunsford. It’s Stuart office is at 633 SE 5th St.
With over 15 years of experience, Lanette North has overseen budgets exceeding $200 million in marketing, advertising, business operations, finance and management. North worked with TBC, Inc. and Tire Kingdom for six years before coming to Cotton & Company. As Senior Account Executive at Cotton & Company, North excels at developing new client relationships and guiding projects through to success. North graduated Magna Cum Laude from the University of Colorado.
Lunsford, a long-term Cotton team member has returned to the company to manage internal workflow. Lunsford’s background includes management of communications, schedules and reward recognition at Life’s Abundance Inc. and she was previously the marketing manager for Florida Oceanographic Society’s fundraising efforts.
